Requesting a Quote

Submitting a Request a Quote does not automatically create a contract between you and PASDEV Technologies.

Information submitted through the quote form helps us understand your project and prepare an appropriate response.

A quotation or proposal may include:

• Estimated Cost
• Payment Terms
• Estimated Timeline
• Deliverables
• Support Arrangements

A project becomes confirmed only after the required agreement, approval and/or initial payment specified by PASDEV has been completed.

Quotations may remain valid only for the period stated in the quotation.

Software & Development Services

PASDEV develops technology based on agreed project requirements.

Before development begins, both parties should have a clear understanding of the project scope, deliverables, cost and payment structure.

Requests that significantly change or expand the agreed project scope may:

• Require additional development time
• Result in additional charges
• Require an updated quotation or project agreement

PASDEV will communicate material changes before carrying out additional chargeable work.

Project Timelines

Project timelines provided by PASDEV are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

• Changes in project scope
• Delayed client feedback
• Delayed submission of content or required information
• Third-party service interruptions
• Additional requirements
• Technical circumstances outside PASDEV’s reasonable control

Clients are responsible for providing requested materials, approvals and feedback within a reasonable period.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging PASDEV for a project, the client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful materials required for the work.

This may include:

• Business information
• Text and website content
• Images and videos
• Logos and brand materials
• Product information
• Required access credentials
• Project requirements

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use materials supplied to PASDEV.

Payments

Prices and payment terms may vary depending on the product or service.

For custom development projects, payment schedules will normally be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or agreement.

PASDEV may require an initial deposit before work begins. Where milestone payments are agreed, payment may be required before subsequent stages of development continue.

Final products or services may be withheld until outstanding amounts have been paid, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

PASDEV Store

Products displayed through the PASDEV Store are subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability information are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur.

PASDEV reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors and, where appropriate, contact affected customers before fulfilling an order.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

Registration for PASDEV Academy programs, training sessions and masterclasses may be subject to separate program requirements.

Course schedules, instructors, learning materials and delivery methods may change when reasonably necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, PASDEV Academy materials are provided for the registered participant’s personal educational use.

Unauthorized redistribution, recording, resale or reproduction of protected course materials is prohibited.

Ownership of custom project deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement, quotation or contract.
